Use this agreement where renting to a company. Housing Act regulations do not apply, nor does Tenancy Deposit Legislation. Always credit check the company for if they become insolvent you are an unsecured creditor.
Always ask for a Guarantor; if the company were to become insolvent would a personal Guarantee from a Director of an insolvent business be worth anything or would you prefer a third party guarantor.
